Have your camper participate in packing her own gear. See Camp packing tips
Mark everything with the camper's name
Food will be provided at camp. Do not bring any food, candy, treats, gum, drinks other than water, or snacks. For the safety of campers, this will be a peanut free camp.

Campers are responsible for their own possessions.
About devices (like a phone) - March 2025. We prefer not to have them at camp
– but we know kids may not feel comfortable without them. We will keep them
busy and there will be times when they must be put down. We have no power to
charge devices (if it dies, there’s nothing we can do). If devices are required
to sleep, send with wired headphones and full charge.
About conditions: We will be outside 100% of the time at this camp. Remember that your camper will be happier when she is warm, dry, and suitably equipped for the weather and the activities of the camp. Blackflies and the sun may both be a factor.
Don’t be afraid to ask about what things are (“ditty bag” may be new to you). Let us know if you’re missing anything… we might be able to set you up with an equipment loan.
Day campers – bring everything except sleeping and nighttime gear.
Bring toiletries, water bottle, appropriate clothing, gear, socks, and things for the day.
